Critique Workshop
Bring your artwork for gentle critique. Any medium is appropriate: weaving, painting, quilting, photography, pastel, oil, watercolor, acrylic, collage, colored pencil, mixed media or any medium of your choice. Discuss topics such as design, skillful handling of the medium, sensitivity of brushwork, technique, subject matter, presentation, direction, finding a fresh approach or style.
In small group critiques, we see how others solve design problems and where ideas come from; you learn the mechanics of getting the painting done. Learn what steps to take and why. The goal is to do everything you can to create the art you intend.
