White sunlight in the Florida Keys flashes bits of razzmatazz colors like a mirrored ball on a dance room floor. Like translucent wings, the colors fling themselves against the white stucco walls and illuminated coconuts, then flit around the corner and out of sight.
I seek to show the unexpected tendency of things. I like to catch the subject at its height of laughter. I want my paintings to tell you more than I know. |
